My wife is cheating me.But she is not ready to give me divorce too.?

she has gone 2 some unknown town along my kids(Both <10 yrs.)not revealing her address (she says one of his school friend is helping her out in new town without wrong relations,providing a flat,a job,she had also broken relations with her maternal parents)and says that i should come and meet her or rather kids at least being a father,pay their school fees and she will let me take children home on vacations,and second option she says that i should leave my mom (aged 60+,with no father,only relative in my home) and settle with her in some other town and only then she will leave her friendship with her so called good friend with no wrong intentions....I refused and i am almost convinced that she is a lady with no good character...I demanded her divorce but she refused...she want her valuables back which are with me.....i love my kids and don't want to be away from them....please suggest what shoild be done in this case....pls help
