Girls: What's your measurement around your belly button or above?

My bellybutton is 30.5 and my upper waist is 28. You're supposed to measure the smallest part of your waist and the widest part of your butt to get your hip to waist ratio. Mine is 28/40 = 0.7. I think you did yours wrong.
