Can I go back? Answer pleaseee?

Ok so last year my mom sent me to live with my grandparents because of the trouble I wa getting into. My mom wants me to come home and she said she only signed custody over for a year but idt she did. If I wanted to go back with my parents can I choose too go even if my grandparents do not want to sign custody back?
