I have a Dell Vostro 3700. What audio drivers should I install?

I'm running Windows 7 Pro 64 bit. And I used to have IDT Audio Drivers which I've read isn't too good. So I've uninstalled it and the default HighDef Drivers have replaced them. Sounds still very poor in comparison to any regular laptop.
