How do you add the shipping calculator to a posting?

I have a couple of things to sell on ebay, and since I dont know where the item is going, I want to add the shipping calculator to the posting. That would be easier because they would just put in their zipcode and see the shipping. And when the item sells, do I get an email with all the shipping and sold price info? Thanks!!!!
