Yeast infection help?

ok i keep getting a yeast infection form my boyfriend but idt he even knows that he has it, so instead of being embarasses and telling him i looked up that a man can use a womans vaginal cream for the problem so cant i just use the cream have sex and then not have to deal with the embarassment
