Ok so im having hot flashes i have an ear infection and a cold can i be pregnant?

i had sex almost 3 weeks on Wednesday.. n like 3 days ago my boobs became sore and i took a test and all negative everybody say wait another week and take a test cause most likely i am but idt i am idk i need help
