What does this even mean?!?

My doctor told me i had thick walls on my all bladder. What causes that and will it later on affect me? Also he said i had a small syst on my right ovary. He said it should go away but idt it has because i still get pains there alot. Im 13 btw and completly healthy besides those problems. Anything helps. Thankss (:
