I need Help with bullies?

there are girls on my sport team at school who backstab a lot. one girl is so agressive during practice, & yells at people constantly if they make a mistake. especially me. i am a good player, but evryone makes mistakes! my coach tells us that we need leaders, & wouldn we have a teammate get on us than her? idt so.. she makes mistakes too. i dont know how to get her to encourage people instead of focus on mistakes. other girls do this, but this particular girl does this the most. help?
