Why do my parents see a need for me to interact socially and have fun?? How can I convince them it is a waste?

Lol i think we need to exchange parents SERIOUSLY NO JOKE like my parents are your type and your parents my type but im sorry to hear that well that's great that your so into your work but to make them happy and for you to have a little break from all that why don't you go out sometime with friends?
