Testicle hurts from smoking weed?

My right testicle is hurting right now after smoking weed. i look on the right side and it looks like the blood vessels turn blackish. i think it might be bruised? it only happens when i smoke weed and the pain scales with how much i smoke. I have a feeling it is the pot or something in it. I have asthma but idt that matters, i couldnt be allergic? i would feel it in other places if that were the case. anyway my dr said that it was epyditimitous or something i cant spell right now. but he said it was an infection. I dont know if the weed just makes me feel it more or if something is actually wrong. if someone could get back to this fast that would be great thank you!!!
