Clearblure positive pregnancy test?

so my last period was may 3 and came off may 7 then back on may 29 but was spotting till june 6th is this normal then afterthe spotting stopped i took a test which was clearblue and it was positive then later that day i had unprotected sex and was spotting again only when i wiped i need help did anyone else have an early period in 2 months or what do u think is going on i took another one then it was negative so idt im pregnant except i can sleep and pee all day no other symptoms so thats y i dont think im pregnant i always come on each 3rd of the month y would it change and ive just been very emotional about everything help please and some nights i get pains on my side and lower back but not very painful it wil come and go help!!!! a little worried
