Can i file a case against my mother?

i am 16 yrs old and have a sibling and my mother is psychologically abusing us and giving us life threats and and now since our house has gone in redevelopment we our living at her parents (maternal grand parents).now that we don't house to live and they are telling us to get out of the house.What should i do?
